About the Role

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or at specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, tools, and methodologies to support clients and projects while leading a high-performing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration
• Collaborate with team members and oversee development activities
• Make critical decisions for your team and influence other project teams
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to contribute to architecture and process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system-level issues
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive innovation and implement best practices in development and administration

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have:
• SAP Basis Administration
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP BTP Administration
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• Good To Have:
• SAP Landscape Management
• System Refresh Procedures
• Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Proven experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and monitoring
• Strong grasp of SAP security and system health practices
• Familiarity with SAP architecture and troubleshooting approaches

Additional Information

• This position requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
• Must have 16 years of full-time education
• Location: Accenture Pune Office
